Psychological support for students during the COVID-19 period

​

In the context of the current coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), many people may experience issues such as stress, anxiety and/or depression. If this is the case, here are various services to help you:

This organization provides mental health support in partnership with the Mcgill University Student Association and the University Graduate Students Association. At any time, they can obtain professional counselling services by telephone or chat in more than 60 languages. Those wishing to try this service must download the Myssp application in the App Store or Google Play.
